This policy is a part of our Terms of Service and apply to the use of Ghigg Crowdsourcing @ ghigg.com/crowd/
Ghigg Crowdsourcing is a web service utility and platform that connects businesses or individuals seeking fulfillment ot a service or a task, defined as Task ("Seeker") from a group of other businesses or individuals that are able to assist with such fulfilment ("Solver"). The following terms, in conjunction with Terms of Service, apply to the use of Ghigg Crowdsourcing. By using or accessing Ghigg Crowdsourcing, you agree that you have read, understand and are bound by this policy. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, add or delete portions of this policy at any time without further notice. Your use of Ghigg Crowdsourcing constitutes your acceptance of this policy at any time.
In addition to terms outlined in Terms of Service, you agree that you will not:
- sign up for more than one account, either directly or indirectly
- provide incorrect country of residence or address information during sign up
- take any service or task more than once
- use proxy servers or proxy IPs to access Ghigg Crowdsourcing in any manner
- offer or take any task that requires clicking on advertisements without the written approval/statement from the advertiser or the affiliate (a business or individual promoting the service or offer on behalf of the advertiser) allowing such action
- violate anyone's rights, including intellectual property ("IP") rights or other propriety rights (such as rights of publicity and privacy)
- take any task or service as a Solver without fully understanding the terms, requirements and implications. You further agree not to take on any service or task that requires clicking on advertisements unless you see a written acknowledgement in the offer that such action is permitted by the advertiser
You further understand that:
- if you offer a task or service that requires personal information, including financial information such as credit cards, bank account information, phone numbers and address, you will clearly state the terms of conditions of the use of such information. For example, if your service is a limited trial offer that automatically converts into a paid membership, you will clearly state such terms and seek acknowledgement prior to such sign up.
- When Solvers complete Tasks and submit Proof, you are provided 7 days to review and rate the Tasks as either Satisfied or Not-Satisfied. If you fail to rate Tasks in such time, the Tasks will be Auto-Approved by the System as Satisfied and the Solver will be paid on the Task. If you rate Tasks as Satisfied, Solvers are paid on the Task immediately. If you rate Tasks as Not-Satisfied, you MUST provide a valid reason as to your decision to reject the Task submission. The Solver is notified of such decision and will not be paid on the Task. Solver's Success Rate will also get negatively affected by the action. Please use caution and rate Tasks suitably. Should the Solver appeal a Not-Satisfied rating, we reserve the right to review and reverse the Rating. If we do reverse the Rating, the Task will be marked Satisfied and the Solver will be paid. When the Campaign Completes and Task Ratings are finalized, we will increase the number of positions available to match the number of Not-Satisfied Ratings at no additional cost to you. Should your Campaign be determined to consist of a large quantity of Not-Satisfied submissions, we reserve the right to Terminate the Campaign to protect both you, the Seeker as well as Solvers.
- You will review the terms and conditions of any offer you sign up for prior to providing any information including name, address, phone, date of birth, social security, email etc. You agree to particularly review the terms and conditions should the offer require your personal or financial information including banking or credit card information. You will understand any fees, requirements or other fine print that might be associated with your sign up. Trial offers that you opt to sign up for might automatically convert into extended billing after the trial period unless you specifically cancel. You will review terms and cancel service during the trial term so as to prevent such occurence, should you decide not to continue beyond the trial period. If you do decide to sign up for an offer and are providing sensitive information, you will ensure that the site is secure (utilizing SSL via https:// access for encrypted communication etc.). You agree that ghigg.com is not responsible for offers or services you opt to sign up for.
- You will only accept tasks you can benefit from and you must provide true and valid information as required in the task. You acknowledge that advertisers and seekers validate the information provided based on such factors as uniqueness (you are a new user and were never a user or never applied to be an user before), authenticity (real name, email, phone, address and other personal or financial data), geo-match (your stated country matching with IP address, IP/Region-code match, detection of valid (and not proxy) IP and other associated factors) and will only accept tasks that match the required criteria. You agree that you will only accept tasks wherein you meet any country-specific or geo-location requirements. You understand and agree that if the data associated with your task does not meet the required criteria, your task will be marked non-satisfied and you will not be eligible for credit.
- You should assume that Ghigg.com has an affiliate relationship and/or another material connection to the providers of goods and services we profile and may be compensated when you complete a task or purchase. You should always perform due diligence before buying goods or services or signing up to services or offers from anyone via the Internet or offline.
- you provide Ghigg Crowdsourcing the full rights to make the initial or final determination of whether tasks fulfilled by Solvers are satisfactory.
- any service or task offered can be terminated or suspended by Ghigg Crowdsourcing for any or no reason
- Ghigg Crowdsourcing can edit a task or service to comply with our policies.
- Ghigg might be compensated, either upfront, or as an affiliate, when a task or service is completed.
- your use is subject to Terms of Service.

Minimum Task Increase Count: 17
Minimum Deposit Amount: $9.97
Deposit Fee: 2.97% + $0.37 USD per Transaction
Campaign Listing Fee: $0.77
Redemption Timeframe of Credits on Not-Satisfied Tasks: 7 Days
Tasks Auto-Approval Timeframe: 7 Days
Solver:
Maximum Timeframe allowed to Dispute a Mis-Rated Task: 72 hours from the Time of Task Rating
Fee Per Completed Task: 9.97%
Minimum Withdraw Amount: $9.97
Withdrawal Fee: 2.97% + $0.37 USD per Transaction
